You’ll work to tailor financing packages to meet your customers’ needs, including both lending and non-lending products, and help them succeed.You’ll be part of a team that works closely with other departments at FCC. Together, you’ll cultivate long-term partnerships, share knowledge and contribute to a culture of learning, innovation and customer-centricity.If you’re passionate about the agriculture industry, love learning new things and enjoy building meaningful relationships, this could be the role for you.**What you’ll do*** Work with customers to build financing packages that meet their business needs* Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners* Look for opportunities to build your loan portfolio* Travel to customer farms and offices to understand their business needs and provide tailored support* Analyze customer financial information* Create, process and approve new credit facilities**What you’ll bring to the team****Required qualifications:*** A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field* Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)* Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners* Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners* Valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings* Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments**Preferred qualifications:*** Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting* Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset**You belong here** At FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace – one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
