You will assist teachers with diverse instructional tasks and support students’ personal care needs. Key Responsibilities
• Assist teachers in creating a welcoming classroom environment
• Support students with personal and physical care needs
• Implement developmental strategies tailored for individual student needs
• Monitor and supervise students during classroom activities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for effective student support
Requirements:
• Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent is an asset
• Minimum of High School Diploma required
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with youth
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices preferred
