Job Title: nCino Business Analyst
Location: Fully Remote in Canada
Start Date: ASAP for initial 6 months
Rate: 80-95 CAD per hour DOE
About the Role
We are supporting an SI to recruit multiple nCino Business Analysts to join a Commercial Lending Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience within the financial services industry, deep knowledge of commercial lending processes, and hands-on expertise with the nCino Bank Operating System This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the nCino platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements for commercial lending processes (loan origination, underwriting, approval, booking, and servicing).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with nCino capabilities.
- Configure and validate nCino modules such as Loan Origination, Collateral Management, Covenant Tracking, Document Manager, and Workflow.
- Collaborate with Salesforce/nCino developers and QA teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
