Role Summary

A Business Immigration Analyst career at Vialto Partners LLP offers the chance to help multinational clients implement a strategic, holistic, and employee-focused approach to US immigration legal services.

As part of a dynamic team of US attorneys and Business Immigration Analysts, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. With empathy, efficiency, and attorney supervision, you will lead the end-to-end process of securing US employment-based visas, petitions, and benefits for our clients.

What You'll Create and Do

As a Business Immigration Analyst (Associate level), you'll work under attorney supervision, preparing and submitting immigration-benefits requests for large and emerging companies, their noncitizen employees, and family members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant) and benefits requests, including PERM and adjustment of status applications.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with client meetings.
- Stay informed on immigration law, policy, and procedural updates.
- Leverage technology and automation to improve the client experience.
- Engage in self-development, using feedback to enhance self-awareness and address growth areas.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in your work and that of others.
- Use critical thinking and data insights for decision-making.
- Communicate clearly and adaptively to build strong relationships.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in US Employment-Based Immigration.
- Paralegal certificate or university degree (preferred).

- Salary Range: $42,000-$66,200 CAD
