This role is for a BIG4 consulting firm, and the position is for theGreater Toronto Area.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Ariba modules, particularly in Source to Contract (S2C), Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), and Buying and Invoicing (B&I) etc.

This role requires a strong background in implementation projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing Ariba solutions, with a focus on S2C, SLP, and B&I modules.
- Previous experience working in a Big 4 consulting environment is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in Ariba or procurement processes are a plus.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support the implementation of Ariba solutions, focusing on S2C, SLP, and B&I modules, CIG and integration experience with SAP S/4, other ERPs is a plus.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Ariba functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of Ariba solutions post-implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Ariba with existing systems.
- Stay updated on the latest Ariba features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Additional Information

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with integration of Ariba with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
