Formulation and Filling Specialist

This role will support the operations and mechanics teams in relation to the FFIP project for Formulation and Filling. This role will act as a technical resource who uses GMP knowledge to work within Sanofi Manufacturing and Quality Systems to support Formulation and Filling in the context of SME for operations and maintenance requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Technical Support

- Support for qualification and validation activities for Formulation and Filling such as SAT, IOQ, aseptic processing simulations, smoke studies, ISO certification, thermal validation, and review/approve related protocols/reports.

- Development of processes and techniques for Formulation and Filling with focus on setup and maintenance.

- Prepare and facilitate Mechanic and Operations training on Formulation and Filling on equipment and processes.

- Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for Formulation and Filling equipment.

- Provide project management support on compliance related activities specific to Formulation and Filling with the aim to close gaps within the required timeframe and ensure minimal impact to project timelines.

- Identify opportunities for alignment across the MS platforms or within Formulation and Filling by applying LEAN methodologies.

- Coordinate cross functional teams including internal and external individuals.

- Communication and coordination with vendors for parts, maintenance, and operation requirements.

- Support for Formulation and Filling by providing guidance/knowledge on aseptic processing, company procedures, global requirements, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Writing

- Prepare and update GMP documents such as SOPs, SWIs, protocols, reports, job aids, etc.

- Prepare and update training plans.

About You

- Bachelor’s or associate degree OR College Diploma in Science

- 1-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical company

- Efficiently use company tools such as SAP, Qualipso, KNEAT, iFMS, etc. and the ability to adapt to new tools

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
