This is your opportunity to work with amazing people and support brands such as Milwaukee and RYOBI.**Job Description**We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work on the National Accounts sales team as a **Continuous Improvement Coordinator**. Applicants will have demonstrated a history of being self-directed with an ability to prioritize projects and activities.**What You Will Do*** Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) using Scribe* Video Editing using ClipChamp* Assist in the documentation of workflows in LucidChart* Auditing of accounts in (RED Hub) our Asset Management app* Collaborate with various departments to identify policy and work instruction requiring update.* Recognize opportunities for improvement & help implement changes. Identify resistance to change and assist in implementing Change Management strategies to ensure we continue to build the CI culture* Assist in the development of PowerPoint decks**What You Will Bring*** Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary co-op program.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.* Be proactive and conscientious with excellent attention to detail* Be able to work with little supervision, flexible in terms of hours/responsibilities as work requires, and able to organize multiple priorities and work deadlines* Exceptional coordination and time management skills and be able to deal with multiple projects simultaneouslyTTI is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, where we celebrate, support, and thrive on diversity.Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
