Job Description
- Lead high-rise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and progress reports.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

A successful High Rise Senior Project Manager should have:
