Responsibilities:

- Research market values and inventory conditions using dedicated software to ensure accurate pricing and positioning.

- Communicate reconditioning plans with each store’s designated contact to facilitate timely vehicle readiness.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the Used Car department and store teams.

- Collaborate with store personnel to achieve group and store‑level objectives.

- Other duties as require

Requirements:

- Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group’s CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship‑focused, Motivated, Attitude.

- High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is an asset.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.

- Effective time management and prioritization skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn dealership systems.
