Strategic Security Consultant, Mandiant, Google Cloud (English)

Experience

- Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3 years of experience assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions and programs across security domains.

- 3 years of experience delivering cyber outcomes, identifying mission risks, and devising solutions.

- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications related to specific cloud platforms.

- Experience implementing industry‑leading practices around cyber risks and cloud security for clients’ cloud security frameworks using industry standards.

- Experience with cloud governance, with the ability to convey governance principles to cloud computing in terms of policies.

- Excellent time and project management skills.

About the Job

As a Security Consultant, you will help clients effectively prepare for, proactively mitigate, and detect and respond to cybersecurity threats. You will have an understanding of AI security, application security, cyber déchets, cloud services, and how to apply this knowledge to cybersecurity threats. In this role, you will work on engagements such as assisting clients in navigating technically high‑profile incidents, performing forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage. You may also test client networks, applications, and devices by emulating the latest techniques to help them defend against threats, and you will be the technical advocate for information security requirements and provide an in‑depth understanding of the information security domain. You will articulate and present concepts to business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical contributors and lead engagements alongside cross‑functional teams.

The Canada base salary range badan for this full‑time position is CAD 122,000–125,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.naj Pay is determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

- Develop roadmaps and recommendations to drive client enhancements of their cloud security architecture, governance, and standards.

- Identify, incorporate, চর and articulate Artificial Intelligence (AI) security, cloud security best practices such as DevSecOps strategy,isela Zero Trust design, and cloud incident response.

- Perform security configuration reviews for common cloud‑based Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) platforms.
