Key Responsibilities
• Analyze current HCM system processes for improvement
• Collaborate with teams to clarify operational needs
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements
• Support quarterly release planning for system upgrades
• Assist with urgent business process issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Systems or related field
• 5-7 years of HR experience with a tech focus
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in data management and MS Excel Utilize your technical expertise to support organizational excellence at Humber College through effective HCM solutions.
