We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility’s maintenance team in a challenging heavy industrial environment. This is a hands‑on role with a mix of floor work and team coordination—roughly 75% on the floor, 25% in office oversight. Ideally, you are a licensed 433A Millwright or Electrician (309A/442A), however, individuals without licenses will be considered based on their work history.

What will you be doing?

- Lead a team of 12+ tradespeople (electricians, millwrights, apprentices, and more).

- Work in a reactive‑heavy maintenance environment with older equipment—problem‑solving and quick decision‑making are key.

- Oversee contractors, ensure safety compliance, and implement preventative maintenance programs.

- Directly influence production uptime and team development.

What We’re Looking For

- 442A or 309A ticket if you’re an electrician or 433A ticket at a Millwright. Those without tickets will be considered provided they have experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.

- Experience in heavy industry.

- Proven supervisory experience—attendance, performance management, and disciplinary processes are all a part of your responsibilities.

- Hands‑on, proactive, and engaged—able to thrive in a unique industrial setting.

Compensation & Benefits

- $50/hr with overtime after 40 hours and typically 5-10 hours of overtime weekly.

- 3 weeks vacation to start, RSP match up to 3% after 1 year.

- Negotiable benefits waiting period for the right individual.
