Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain personal deposit product roadmaps
- Optimize product pricing, profitability, competitiveness, and member adoption
- Lead targeted member experiences across digital and assisted channels
- Monitor channel usage, performance, and share of wallet
- Provide content for the Service Fee Committee
Requirements:
- Seven years’ experience in financial services, product management, or analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with segmentation, profitability analysis, and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships Bring product strategy, pricing, analytics, and stakeholder leadership to Servus Credit Union’s personal deposits portfolio remotely.
