We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Wall Assembler in the Wall Department. This team is responsible for fabricating, insulating and assembling wall panels for air handling units.

Responsibilities:
- Panel Fabrication: Construct and assemble wall panels according to specifications, following blueprints to ensure accuracy and structural integrity
- Insulation Application: Apply insulation materials and lining to panels
- Measurement and Precision: Use measuring tools to ensure precise cuts, alignments and assembly of panels
- Tool Use: Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including drills and fastening devices
- Independent Work: Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) What We’re Looking For: Experience
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of skilled labour experience (preferred) Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- $30.00 per hour, based on experience Shift Schedule:
- Rotating early mornings and afternoon shifts
- Monday – Friday: 5:45 am – 2:15 pm
- Monday – Thursday: 2:30 pm – 12:30 am
- Every other Friday off
- Weekend shifts not required
