Key Responsibilities
- Support Manhattan Active WMS implementation and business requirements
- Develop reports and maintain accurate operational data
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Test integrations and functionality through UAT
- Provide technical guidance and train end-users
Requirements:
- Three-plus years with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management
- WMS implementation, configuration, and support experience
- Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Manhattan Active WMS certification considered an asset Use WMS integration, reporting, testing, and stakeholder skills to improve enterprise warehouse processes and system performance.
