You will represent the airline brand and deliver premium customer service on both domestic and international flights.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet passengers and assist with boarding, seating arrangements, and baggage storage.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct pre-flight safety checks.

- Deliver in-flight services, including meals, beverages, and special requests.

- Provide first aid and manage emergency situations when necessary.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight.

- Address passenger inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

- Communicate effectively with the flight deck and ground crew for smooth operations.

- Promote airline products and services to passengers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual ability is an asset (e.g., French).

- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Good physical stamina and ability to handle long hours on flights.

- Height and weight proportionate to industry standards (to meet safety requirements).

- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

- Previous experience as a Cabin Crew member is an advantage.

Working Hours

- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.

- Rotational shifts depending on flight schedules.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Knowledge of airline safety and emergency procedures.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies.

- Excellent interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills.
