ARC Business Solutions (ARC) is seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist projects in major capital construction and IT Infrastructure rollout in the healthcare vertical. The successful candidate will report to a Program Manager and will provide support to ensure that projects are on time and on budget. This position will be on-site in Regina with some travel throughout the Province of Saskatchewan.
Deliverables:
1. Support the Program Director on day-to-day operational support activities including reporting, process flows/maps, presentations;
2. Represent the Project Management Office in all partner discussions;
3. Perform project coordination functions on specific aspects of the project to increase quality of output;
4. Site coordination;
5. Overall program coordination of IMIT scope;
6. Prepare, monitor and communicate the approved project charter, schedule and budget;
7. Oversee all stages of the project cycle through conceptual, schematic and detailed design, construction, client T/O, commissioning and project validation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science or Architecture;
2. 4+ years' experience as an IT Project Coordinator, or the ability to demonstrate project management skills;
3. 2+ years experience building construction and IT infrastructure networking and hardware implementations;
4. Trained in Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and working towards attaining PMP designations;
5. Experience with taking best practice and applying relevant components to a business unit based on its structure and maturity, rather than adopting all elements of a methodology;
6. Knowledge of and experience with the Saskatchewan Health Vertical.
