Description du poste
Que vous achetiez vos essentiels hebdomadaires, que vous organisiez une grande fête ou que vous découvriez les nouveaux produits et les nouvelles offres, les membres de notre équipe sont là pour offrir un excellent service à la clientèle et des expériences mémorables. Responsabilités et tâches
- Diriger, encadrer et habiliter les membres de l'équipe afin d'améliorer l'efficacité, l'engagement et la fidélisation
- Maintenir les normes de mise en marché et opérationnelles
- Être imputable des objectifs financiers
- Être à l'affût de talents exceptionnels pour qu'ils rejoignent l'équipe
Qualités recherchées
- Avoir de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles
- Être capable de s'adapter à un environnement de travail dynamique
- Faire preuve de débrouillardise et de courtoisie lors de la résolution de problèmes
- Être motivé à apprendre et à fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel
Expérience requise
- Avoir de l'expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail est un atout
Compétences demandées
- Travailler de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine
- Déplacer jusqu'à 23 kg et d'être en mouvement continu pendant un quart de travail
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de gestion du personnel
- Combler les besoins des clients de manière constante
