Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service
Estimated Remuneration: $350,000 plus Physician Overhead (varies depending on the clinic: approx. $4,000-$6,000)
Benefits and Incentives
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:
- Retention Premium: 24.5%
- Retention Flat Fee: $37,180
- Relocation Funding Available: $9,000-15,000
- Recruitment Incentive: $20,000
Prince Rupert is the largest city in northwestern British Columbia and a gateway to the Queen Charlotte Islands, the famed Inside Passage and smaller towns in the area.
