Key Responsibilities
• Plan activities and oversee the Sales Department
• Mentor advisors on sales processes
• Monitor and evaluate team performance consistently
• Schedule and lead team meetings for strategic focus
• Prioritize high-quality customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
• Automotive sales management experience of at least 2 years
• Valid VSA License and BC Driver’s License
• Expertise in administrative and presentation skills
• Knowledge of automotive sales platforms
