Go-To-Market Coordinator Co-op

We are looking for someone who is not only adaptable and resourceful but also eager to explore and utilize cutting-edge technologies. Experience with or a demonstrated interest in leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, generate insights, and drive innovation is highly preferred.
You'll be part of the glue that helps our GTM team support Sales and other departments across multiple time zones. While you won't directly interact with external clients, your work will be visible through the polished presentations, proposals, and other materials our sales teams use.
YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:
1. Become a Sales Support Powerhouse: This role is all about enabling our sales teams. You'll be involved in everything from assisting with client proposals and creating sales decks to developing case studies and providing general sales support.
2. Master the Art of Multitasking: Juggle diverse responsibilities, including sales support, proposal development, content creation, and process improvement. This role demands adaptability and a willingness to wear many hats.

5. Contribute to Winning Deals: Play a vital role in the bid process, from setting up opportunities in CRM to collaborating with sales and bid teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
6. Develop Your Research Skills: Conduct research and synthesize information on diverse topics, from client prospecting to emerging technology trends and competitive landscapes.
7. Streamline and Organize: Ensure bid responses and GTM assets adhere to Appnovation's branding guidelines and constantly look for ways to optimize processes for greater efficiency.
8. Get Hands-on with CRM: Collaborate with the GTM Lead on CRM tasks, gaining valuable experience.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Currently pursuing a co-op term as part of your undergraduate program. A strong interest in business and technology is highly desirable.

2. Proficiency with messaging and video conferencing tools (e.g., Slack, Google Meet).
3. Strong research and information gathering skills.
