What You Will Do:

As a Supervisor, Learning Programs, you will play an essential role within our Learning & Development work group, reporting to Manager, Learning & Development. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs;
- Researching learning solutions and making formal recommendations;
- Sourcing learning goods and services and/or developing learning content;
- Selecting and delivering learning solutions, including assessments;
- Using the most appropriate instructional method in alignment with adult learning principles;
- Monitoring learning content, delivery, assessments, and results;
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining measurable criteria of learning programs;
- Analyzing and reporting results for effectiveness of learning programs;
- Determining the configuration and access to learning systems; and
- Hiring, developing, and performance managing direct report.

What You Will Bring:

Required qualifications:

- University Degree in Education or Human Resources AND
- Certificate in Adult Education, specializing in instructional design, eLearning design/development, workplace learning or equivalent;
- Five (5) years relevant experience in the development and facilitation of adult learning solutions and materials, inclusive of three (3) years of experience in leading technical and leadership development learning programs;
- Valid Alberta Driver's License;
- Advanced proficiency in eLearning design tools and learning management technology; and
- Advanced PowerPoint or equivalent computer presentation skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to different audiences;
- Responsive to internal customers;
