We have an opportunity available for aPortfolio Lead - Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant to join our Digital Team.

Role

Position: Portfolio Lead

Location: Perth - Oil/gas/Mining background.

Responsibilities

- Assist with Business case lite creation

- Budget management, planning and reporting

- Working with stakeholder on updates and progress

- Assisting with WBS structures

- Managing Steer Co

- Risks and issues management

- Management portfolio of work through client's delivery framework

- Identify opportunities for improvement

- Feed into overall portfolio managed by Delivery Assurance

- Understanding business needs with portfolio initiatives and prioritisation of same

- Identify initiative convergence opportunities---optimised resources usage and business value delivery

- Work with multiple teams of client for resource timing and cost allocations and sequencing
