Your typical responsibilities may include conducting research, analyzing and synthesizing research results, contributing to client reports and presentations, developing and updating new tools and methodologies, supporting client interviews and workshops, participating in the preparation of sales and project presentations to our clients, as well as supporting ad hoc projects and other internal Deloitte initiatives. You will work with a highly skilled team to deliver projects related to a specific offering within the Human Capital practice. About the team The HR Strategy & Technology (HRS&T) practice helps organizations reimagine the role of HR as a strategic driver of business success. We partner with clients to design and implement innovative workforce strategies, optimize HR processes, and enable technology solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational performance. The HRS&T offering has five sub-offerings: HR Strategy & Operations Oracle HR Payroll/WFM SAP SuccessFactors Workday HR Currently, we are only hiring a Summer 2026 Co-op/Intern for HR Strategy & Operations. Our HR Strategy & Operations team develops HR strategies, operating models, structures, technology strategies, processes, and sustainment models with workforce experience at the forefront to help organizations move towards the Future of HR and sustained value through the blend of HR, workforce, and technology solutions to achieve meaningful work outcomes. Enough about us, let’s talk about you We are seeking candidates who: Are currently working towards completing a post-secondary degree program and returning to school following completion of this work term, pursuing Commerce/Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Art/Design, Communications/Public Relations, Behavioural Economics, Education/Learning, Industrial Relations, Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or another relevant degree Looking to complete a 4-month work term in Summer 2026 Display initiative, creativity, enjoy problem solving and are looking to make an impact Can demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and learn new systems and methodologies Are legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to work on client assignments Here’s what you need for all Technology & Transformation practices: Curiosity - You are eager to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and are always connecting the dots Analytical Thinking - You can dissect problems to uncover insights with strong attention to detail Teamwork - You work collaboratively with others to deliver on team goals and client outcomes Adaptability - You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot with rapidly evolving demands Leadership - You proactively anticipate needs and take initiative and ownership to drive results Communication - You organize your thoughts/ideas effectively through written and verbal means Quebec Location: We require basic English language skills to meet the needs of our clients. In the context of mandates, you could work for clients with activities outside of Quebec and where the first language is English. Ottawa Location: Employees in the Ottawa practice will be required to obtain “reliability” and/or “Secret” level federal security clearances as a condition of their employment. To be eligible for a "Reliability" status you must have resided in Canada for the last five (5) years and for "Secret" level, the last ten (10) years. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $80,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
