Position Overview:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in integrating LLM APIs and agentic AI capabilities into our new and existing web applications and software platforms. Your work will focus on ensuring seamless functionality, enhancing performance, and creating intelligent systems that can autonomously optimize business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine user requirements and help accelerate software development using generative AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate LLM APIs into existing web applications to enhance user interactions, decision-making, and automation capabilities.
- Enhance applications with agentic AI capabilities to enable autonomous decision-making and improve business workflows.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to develop AI-driven features and optimize system performance.
- Utilize Generative AI to accelerate development processes, such as using tools like GitHub Copilot for coding assistance.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, generative AI, and cloud technologies, and integrate new tools to enhance application performance.

Key Skillsets:

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., LangChain) and TypeScript (e.g., React); experience with web frameworks (e.g., Node.js), cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Llama, DeepSeek).
- AI Integration: Experience with integrating LLMs and agentic AI systems into web applications, with a focus on automation and Human-In-The-Loop decision-making systems.

Stretch:

- Deployment & Scaling: Experience deploying scalable AI-driven web applications in cloud environments and utilizing tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
- Data Handling: Familiarity with integrating structured and unstructured data for knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j) and optimizing workflows based on AI outputs.

Experience Requirements:

- Proven experience developing and deploying scalable web applications.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI APIs and AI-driven solutions into applications.
- Solid background in full-stack development.
- Cloud infrastructure management (stretch).

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot AI integration challenges.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Eagerness to stay current with advancements in AI, particularly in generative models, agentic AI, and knowledge graph technologies.
