We are currently seeking a Communications Advisor for our office located in Brossard. The primary role of the Communications Advisor is to manage SANEXEN’s internal and external communications activities.

Main responsibilities

- Contribute to the development of internal and external communication plans and implement the associated strategies;

- Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and positioning across all communications;

- Coordinate the production of written, visual, and digital communication tools, and create them when needed;

- Plan, create, manage, and publish content for SANEXEN’s internal digital platform as well as LinkedIn and Facebook;

- Stay up to date on the latest B2B communication trends.

Qualifications required

Sought Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field;

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role;

- Excellent writing skills;

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Acrobat Reader, Adobe Premiere Pro, and the Adobe Suite (an asset);

- Familiarity with Canva;

- Strong knowledge of digital, traditional, and social media (WordPress);

- Experience in project management and event planning (both virtual and in-person);

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
