You are able to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring impeccable quality. With your expertise, you will play a strategic role in DPHV’s growth by managing client accounts and mentoring junior engineers to help them develop their skills.**What defines you:*** Proven experience in structural design and project management* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor* Strong client service orientation and collaborative approach* Versatility and adaptability* Excellent time and priority management* Team spirit, attention to detail, and thoroughness**Main tasks and responsibilities:*** Manage and design complete structural projects (commercial, residential, institutional, industrial)* Develop detailed plans and specifications in compliance with current codes and standards* Supervise the preparation of drawings with the modeling team* Ensure technical and administrative management of client accounts* Conduct surveys of existing installations and produce expert reports* Mentor and coach junior engineers to develop their skills* Perform site inspections when required* Contribute to project optimization strategies and company growth**Your qualifications:*** Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec* Master’s degree in structural engineering (asset)* Significant experience (10+ years) in building design using multiple materials (steel, reinforced concrete, wood, aluminum) – experience in consulting engineering in Quebec is an asset* Knowledge of ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE softwares* Valid ASP card* Driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel (asset)* **French, spoken and written (mandatory)****Who we are:** DPHV is a specialized consulting engineering firm offering professional and technical expertise in structural engineering for over thirty years.
