Canadian Natural is seeking graduates for its Thermal Facilities Engineer-in-Training Program, designed to provide comprehensive exposure to thermal operations and engineering. Starting with a year in Calgary, you'll transition to field assignments at thermal assets, gaining real-world experience and mentorship. Ideal candidates are passionate about developing their engineering skills while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to enhance production and reduce costs
• Troubleshoot facility-related issues and implement solutions
• Support optimization initiatives and new technologies
• Provide technical support to Operations and Production teams
• Manage capital projects from inception to close-out
Requirements:
• Recent graduate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Eligible for APEGA registration as Member In Training
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Collaborative mindset in multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas considered an asset Build a strong foundation in engineering and contribute to innovative solutions at Canadian Natural.
