Our Calgary Manufacturing team is actively searching for a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to take charge at our facility. As a vital team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Responsibility:

- Foster strong relationships with management and teams, enhancing employee engagement, communication, and training.

- Offer expert guidance to production departments, coaching managers and supervisors to align actions with company strategy.

- Mentor and cultivate leadership skills within the team.

- Develop strategies to meet the company’s growth requirements at the Calgary facility.

- Set and monitor production levels in line with projections.

- Manage the Calgary manufacturing budget, monitoring performance and taking corrective action as needed.

- Lead process enhancements for increased productivity, quality, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, and employee relations.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead measures.

- Regularly collaborate with the leadership team to assess achievements and adapt goals as needed.

- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to recruit and onboard staff effectively.

- Contribute insights to strategic business development and corporate planning impacting company operations.
