Hillstar Integrated Health is a newly rebranded collaborative fast-growing, modern, multidisciplinary clinic where therapists thrive, and patients feel genuinely supported. (Formerly Elite Health and Performance)

We are located near the heart of Grande Prairie and have recently moved into a new beautiful and modern space. Our amazing team currently includes chiropractors, a physiotherapist and one massage therapist — all working together to help clients move, feel, and perform their best. We pride ourselves on having a fun and supportive team environment, a steady flow of satisfied patients, and a focus on high‑quality, personalized care.

Responsibilities:

- Provide effective, evidence‑based therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs.

- Communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support integrated treatment plans for shared patients.

- Maintain accurate and thorough treatment notes and client records through Jane.

- Full administrative support, front desk staff handle billing, booking, and assist with laundry.

- All supplies provided — tables, linens, and lotions included.

- Online booking system through Jane with automated reminders.

- Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming environment within the clinic.

Qualifications:

- Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a minimum of 2,200 hours of training from a recognized massage therapy program.

- Member in good standing with an Alberta massage therapy association and able to provide receipts and proof of professional liability insurance.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused approach.

- Previous clinical experience is an asset, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Rate / Hours

$50-60% Commission / Part‑time, Full‑time
