Full Time and Casual Opportunities

Duties:

1. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the public
2. Monitor entrances and ensure all visitors are following Public Health guidelines
3. Patrol client properties by foot to prevent unauthorized entry and politely direct disruptive individuals to leave the premises
4. Provide specialized security services and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders
5. Follow and enforce rules, regulations, policies and procedures
6. Respond to and report irregularities, security breaches, hazards and emergencies
7. Utilize radios, handheld devices and computer applications to communicate site activity
8. Write clear and comprehensive reports including daily activity reports and incident reports

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including report writing.
2. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, professional demeanor and deportment
3. Ability to solve problems, make decisions and respond to emergencies under pressure
4. Discretion when handling confidential and private information
5. Physical ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
6. Ability to pass a security clearance and obtain a security license (a valid security license is considered an asset)
7. High school diploma or equivalent and of legal age

Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements (All)
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
