Intermediate Banking Talent Acquisition RecruiterDuration: 6 monthsWork Location (Remote, Hybrid): Primarily remote as of right now (2-4 days in office per month) needs to be willing to do hybrid is moving to 4 days a week in officeSUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:Leads the development/design/delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, plans and programs for a portfolio and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise.CUSTOMER• Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent• Manage end to end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program• Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent• Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provides insights on alternate practices and opportunities• Execute on determined plans and provides insight/ guidance to clients on benefits of approach• Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to the Bank's customer experience model• Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment• Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches• Maintain, analyze and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities; consult with hiring managers• Promote The Bank brand in the marketplace through developing and maintaining strong candidate and industry networks• Lead advertising and brand activities to attract talent, utilizing internet / intranet / social media and other recruiting tools as appropriate• Represent The Bank in various recruitment functions as needed• Generally interacts with executive level managers up to and including the most senior management layersSHAREHOLDER• Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity• Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function• Follow and recommend internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or candidates• Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite of the Bank• May lead special initiatives by representing/ the business internally and externally, as a subject matter expert• Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and practices related to own area of expertise• Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with HR priorities• Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development/ delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience• Keep abreast of and advise the team on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements in the discipline and assess potential impacts• Ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of escalated issuesBREADTH & DEPTH• Focused on specialized portfolio / niche capabilities• Work independently as the senior subject matter expert• Provide advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members and may coach and educate others• Considered a subject matter expert within a given area• Focus on medium -term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly)• Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end• Undertake and complete a variety of projects and initiatives, may include the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise• Generally reports to a Senior Manager roleMUST HAVE:1.) Executive level exposure, being a TA partner supporting executives who lead a business unit (high business acumen)2.) Strong organizational skills3.)
