Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative requirements for ongoing construction projects
- Support pre-construction scheduling and estimating activities
- Track budgets, forecasts, reports, invoices, and change orders
- Prepare monthly draws for the Finance Department
- Review documents, meetings, schedules, and stakeholder communications
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction, engineering, or related field
- Minimum five years of construction project coordination experience
- Required experience with Outlook, Excel, Project, and Word
- Financial acumen and demonstrated ability to manage multiple objectives
- Yardi, estimating, bilingual, and real estate experience are assets Apply construction coordination, budget management, and Yardi skills supporting Colonnade BridgePort’s development projects.
