What You’ll Do

- Manage full cycle recruitment for junior, intermediate and senior level positions (including but not limited to job postings, interviews and employee onboarding), along side the P&C Coordinator.

- Partner with Secor Leaders to understand business needs and provide workforce planning.

- Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning and organizational development.

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment standards and occupational health & safety requirements.

- Administer and maintain HRIS (Dayforce preferred), ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and effective system use across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and learning processes.

- Partner with leadership to continuously improve people policies and procedures, translating business needs and legislative requirements into clear, practical guidelines.

- Lead and manage the annual Performance Management and Planning process.

- Coordinate leaves of absence and accommodations in partnership with Payroll.

- Manage the Occupational Health & Safety Program. Lead the annual Certification of Recognition (COR) audit process for BC & AB.

- Provide support to the People & Culture Manager in leading ad hoc initiatives and programs to support the organizational goals.

What You’ll Bring

- A positive and motivated personality

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a consulting, engineering, or professional services environment.

- Exposure and knowledge of all or some of the Human Resources functions; recruitment, orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.

- Knowledge of British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Yukon Employment Legislations preferred.

- A CHRP (Certified Professional Human Resources) designation (or working toward) preferred.

- Previous experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (Dayforce Preferred).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and be able to work with team members in a multi‑disciplinary environment.

- A desire to learn new skills and an eagerness to grow within your role.

Wage Range

- $85,000 – $95,000 per annum, wage dependent on years of experience
