Our valued client is looking for a Workday Payroll Functional Consultant to Perform Testing for a Workday implementation projectTasks include:Support the payroll team with Workday implementation by contributing to UAT, Unit Testing, End-to-end testing, parallel testing, etc.Ensure correct configuration by validating against workbooks, etc.Participate in the review of requirements related to the HRIS for projectsPrepare and present recommendations when data or process decisions need to be made for projectsResearch and identify areas for data quality improvementsDevelop and deliver training for users on new applications and/or application modifications, incorporating processes and proceduresMeasure and report on the progress of quality improvements of the HRIS dataPrepare data mapping spreadsheetsMonitor data quality in test and production environments as part of the system conversionConvert business requirements into standard test casesPrepare and document test cases and expected resultsPerform tests to ensure system is running according to designMonitor quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect countsCommunicate issues or developments identified during quality assurance activitiesEnsure the security and confidentiality of human resources informationMust have:Experience working in and understanding full-cycle payroll processingExperience working with Workday HCMEligible for Reliability clearanceNice to have:Experience in actually working on an HCM / Payroll system implementation is a major bonusExperience / exposure to the Government sector is a plus Apply
