Resident Manager position available for a mature and quiet apartment building in beautiful Kitchener, Ontario. Responsibilities include showing and renting units, rent collections, and general maintenance. Experience is a plus. Qualifications Required:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience

- Good Knowledge of Resident Tenancy Act

- Knowledge of Dispute Resolution

Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Greet potential tenants, show property and perform all leasing functions as necessary

- Respond to calls and inquiries from customers, residents, and vendors professionally

- Maintain accurate resident records. Organize and maintain office files

- Issue appropriate notices as necessary (ie. late payments, evictions)

- Rent Collection, daily bank deposits

- cleaning of common areas & vacant suites

- minor repairs: electrical, plumbing, etc.

- painting

- landscape maintenance
