Location: Edmonton, AB | Hybrid (3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote after initial phase)

Join a cybersecurity-focused IT team leading a critical transition to a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). Your work ensures secure, compliant, and efficient migration of security operations, reducing risk and improving service performance for the organization.

- SIEM, SOAR tools
- NIST, CIS frameworks
- Project Management tools (Agile/Waterfall)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MSSP transition planning and delivery, including design sessions, testing, and adoption.
- Coordinate SOC services migration (threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management).
- Manage vendor onboarding, ensuring contractual and technical compliance.
- Oversee transition governance, risk escalation, and issue resolution.
- Align activities with cybersecurity frameworks and operational readiness criteria.
- Validate service levels and contractual deliverables post-onboarding.
- Support knowledge transfer and training for SOC analysts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards throughout the transition.
