About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Savings Solutions to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to empower individuals and groups to direct their savings toward social, economic, and environmental progress. The successful candidate will be responsible for making financial activism a central driver of growth, engagement, and differentiation. This includes developing and evolving a range of accessible savings solutions, mobilizing activist networks, and ensuring a simple, human, and digital saver experience. The role involves strategic influence, setting and achieving growth targets, and advancing the organization's distribution, marketing, and digital engagement capabilities. The Vice President will also be at the forefront of financial advocacy, strengthening partnerships, and representing the organization with key stakeholders. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a university degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 10 years' experience in leadership roles related to financial services, business development, customer experience, and digital transformation. The role requires a strategic vision, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate organizational ambitions into concrete priorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services, wealth management, or a related sector, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. Personal characteristics should include inspiring and unifying leadership, an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, and a strong commitment to collective success and teamwork. The Vice President will be expected to ensure the sound management of resources, foster a culture of agility and innovation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Functions
