Vous serez responsable du développement commercial dans la province de Québec, de la promotion des produits fabriqués/commercialisés par l'organisation et de la coordination des opérations afin de répondre aux divers objectifs de vente.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :

• Gérer, motiver et encadrer une équipe de vente pour atteindre les objectifs de vente en restauration;

• Recommander et mettre en œuvre, conjointement avec les membres de l'équipe, des plans d'action ainsi que des stratégies de vente et de distribution pour augmenter les ventes;

• Coordonner et maximiser la distribution des produits via le réseau de distributeurs et son équipe de vente;

• Organiser et donner des sessions de coaching au personnel de vente sur le terrain et compléter les évaluations de performance des membres de l'équipe afin de développer davantage les compétences de rôle;

• Aider à négocier des accords de vente avec des fournisseurs de services alimentaires indépendants et des détaillants en alimentation;

• Effectuer des tâches liées à la gestion des comptes clients, y compris les revues d'affaires. S'assurer que les représentants du district visitent les clients de manière régulière et veiller à ce que les priorités de l'organisation soient gérées de manière appropriée;

• Analyser les données du marché et les communiquer efficacement. Coordonner les activités liées à la gestion des retours et de l'espace de rayonnage afin de répondre aux objectifs de l'organisation;

• Administrer les listes de prix et gérer les budgets;

• Rédiger et suivre les devis pour les clients de services alimentaires indépendants;

• Superviser et encadrer le travail des représentants du service client (CSR);

• Fournir aux coordinateurs de vente les outils de vente appropriés pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs;

Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :

• Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, spécialisation en marketing ou autre domaine pertinent ;

• Minimum cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, y compris la gestion du personnel et des comptes ;

• Capacité à superviser des employés ;

• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles ;

• Négociateur et communicateur habile ;

• Connaissance des programmes informatiques usuels ;

• Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit un atout ;

• Compétences analytiques solides.
