Real Estate-Conveyancer Law Clerk

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct title searches;
2. Analyze and resolve title issues;
3. Preparing, organizing and drafting documentation for closings;
4. Communicate effectively with the team regarding ongoing file and client management;
5. Assist with managing and organizing client files;
6. Prepare correspondence, registrations, authorizations and directions;
7. Other duties as required.
Qualifications
1. Post-secondary Law clerk diploma or related discipline;
2. 4 - 7 years of experience in Real Estate Law;
3. Highly organized with attention to detail who is able to prioritize workloads;
4. Time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced practice;
5. Professional attitude who is courteous and client-focused;
6. Ability to work as a team player as well as independently;
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and legal industry software.
