Key Responsibilities
- Apply and monitor clinical standards, policies, procedures, and professional norms
- Maintain appropriate internal controls across inpatient sectors
- Mobilize resources to improve care quality and patient experience
- Manage operating budget to improve HGH operational efficiency
- Supervise personnel and communicate portfolio needs and service mission
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Recent Medical/Surgical unit clinical experience
- Ontario nursing registration or relevant professional college registration
- Demonstrated acute clinical skills and judgment
- French and English oral and written communication skills Bring inpatient leadership, clinical judgment, and quality-focused management to HGH’s patient care services in Hawkesbury.
