Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity at our Victoria office for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative, clerical, and client/subtrade liaison support to the Project Management and Estimating Teams as required.

The salary band for this position is $70,511 - $105,766 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline/equivalent experience

- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Construction

- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards

- Basic understanding of construction sequences

- Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore

- Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients

- Basic knowledge of BIM/VDC services, standards, implementation and practice is an asset
