Key Responsibilities
- Maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, security, and compliance requirements
- Develop PMO dashboards, RAID logs, calendars, and metadata structures
- Research emerging technologies and implement AI-enabled solutions
- Provide secondary administration for the hello1GX Umbraco portal
- Analyze traffic, user behaviour, and client service data
Requirements:
- University graduation in information management, information technology, or related discipline
- Four years’ experience with SharePoint architecture and navigation design
- Four years’ experience creating WalkMe inline assistance resources
- Four years’ experience with Umbraco site architecture and digital assets
- Four years’ experience producing actionable engagement reports Bring digital platform leadership, content governance, AI awareness, and analytics experience to continuous improvement across 1GX.
