Key Responsibilities
• Register guests and assign rooms upon arrival
• Process group arrivals and departures efficiently
• Manage room reservations including changes and cancellations
• Provide information on casino facilities and local attractions
• Balance cash and complete financial reports accurately
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with excellent oral skills
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 to 7 months of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
