Key Responsibilities
• Conduct nutritional assessments for diverse patient populations

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in acute care nutrition
• Membership with College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of EMR systems and nutrition best practices
