Role: IBM OpenPages Developer

Location: Toronto(Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and customize IBM OpenPages modules to meet evolving business and compliance requirements
- Develop workflows, triggers, helpers, and rules using OpenPages APIs and scripting frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, and JSP for custom development and integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support end users with system-related problems
- Apply excellent testing, debugging, and documentation practices throughout the SDLC
- Ensure adherence to best practices in change management, version control, and deployment processes specific to GRC systems
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, with hands-on knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a high degree of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
