Senior Workato Engineer – MarTech Integrations

1. Design & Build Integrations: Develop scalable Workato recipes to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other MarTech platforms for data sync, segmentation, and campaign activation.
2. Lead Automation Architecture: Own end-to-end integration design, including mapping, transformation logic, API orchestration, error handling, and governance standards across the MarTech ecosystem.
3. Manage Data Flows: Build and optimize automations for data movement between Databricks, Marketing Cloud Data Extensions, and CRM objects using REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and Workato formulas.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Ops, CRM, and Data teams to translate business needs into technical automation solutions, while maintaining documentation and best practices.
