This role is for a Senior Care Assistant to work nights at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting on care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implement and monitor care plans, and undertake monthly evaluations. Additionally, you will support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health and social care professionals.
