We are one of the largest Systems integrators for Vlocity (recently acquired by salesforce) and Clariti Solutions (erstwhile BasicGov Applications) and have implemented these solutions for several municipal, provincial/state, federal and public sector clients. Our consultants and associates have deep industry expertise and live by our core values. We also invest heavily in developing unique Salesforce-based , solutions and accelerators which in our experience, are required by our clients.

Position Overview

Cloud SynApps Inc. is seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/French) Salesforce Project Manager with 10+ years of project management experience, including at least one full lifecycle Salesforce GrantMaking project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in risk and budget management, MS Project, and managing projects using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in the financial or banking domain is preferred.

French proficiency is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee project timelines, logistics, and inspections to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to manage project scope, risks, and outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile project management processes, ensuring efficient sprint cycles and continuous delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure smooth project progression.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any obstacles or issues that arise to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, architecture, and solution design standards.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Salesforce Project Management, especially for large-scale implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Expertise in Agile methodologies for Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, features, and best practices.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executives.
- Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring collaborative success.
