Job Description
We're looking for a Reporting Analyst to temporarily backfill a technical resource on leave in HR for anywhere up to 6 months. This role will focus on data reporting and stakeholder support, ensuring continuity in reporting requests and analytics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Workday reporting software for reports.
- Manage and respond to ad-hoc Workday reporting inquiries via the People Analytics inbox across all four brands.
- Meet with hiring managers to gather details on day-to-day responsibilities.
- Ensure meticulous communication and guest service.
- Meet SLA (Service Level Agreements) and prioritize requests.
- Prepare standard and routine reports to support business needs.
- Assist in the development, testing, and validation of new reporting functionality.
